On Friday August 11th, 2023, Toyota Amphitheatre will be hosting a concert featuring Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top. This is sure to be an event not to be missed, as these two bands are legends in the world of rock music.
Lynyrd Skynyrd is a southern rock band that was formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1964. The band rose to prominence in the 1970s with their signature sound that combined elements of rock, blues, and country music. ZZ Top is a blues rock band that was formed in Houston, Texas in 1969. The band is known for their unique style which combines elements of blues, rock, and boogie. They have released numerous hits over the years, such as “Sharp Dressed Man”, “Legs”, and “Gimme All Your Lovin’”.
